Material Control: The main material is Q235B carbon steel or 304 stainless steel, meeting the basic requirements for load-bearing capacity and corrosion resistance. The hot-dip galvanized layer thickness is ≥85μm to ensure outdoor corrosion resistance.
Structural Precision: The step spacing is strictly processed according to the 300mm standard, with a width ≥400mm; the straightness error of the ladder beam is ≤1mm/m; welded joints must be fully welded and ground smooth, free of defects such as pores and cracks.
Safety Enhancement: For heights exceeding 2m, a safety cage is installed, with a cage diameter of φ650-800mm and a guardrail height ≥1.05m; the step plates use checkered steel plates or anti-slip grating to improve anti-slip performance.
Compliance Testing: Before leaving the factory, a load test (rated load capacity ≥300kg) is required. Dimensions and welding quality comply with the 15J401 national standard, and a certificate of conformity is attached.
